Rules on the trip
Smoking cigarettes, chewing tobacco or consuming alcohol is strictly prohibited on the Bhimashankar trek.
You must stick with your group at all times.
No damage should be inflicted on monuments or natural environments.
You must adhere to the instructions of the trek leader at all times.
Taking photos or selfie near the edges are not allowed.
Participants are requested to carry trash back to the city and dispose of it in dustbins.
If cancellation is done 10 days or more before the start of the Bhimashankar monsoon trek: 75% will be refunded.
If cancellation is done 5-10 days prior to the start of the Bhimashankar monsoon trek: 50% will be refunded.
If the cancellation is done 0-5 days before the start of the Bhimashankar monsoon trek: No refund.
No show: No refund.
If you wish to transfer your booking to someone else, or reschedule to another date, the cancellation policy will apply, and only the applicable refund amount will be transferred or rescheduled.

In case of injury, damage to self or property or death, Travel Trikon cannot be held responsible.
The Bhimashankar trek is arranged considering normal weather. In case of cancellation of any event due to reasons beyond control such as natural calamities, riots, political uncertainty, public transport failure etc, refund shall be payable with respect to the given to refund policy.
There will be no refunds or discounts given for services unused or missed due to traveller's own fault, negligence or breach of terms.
