Rules on the trip
Travellers are required to follow instructions of the adventure guide during canyoning in Nepal.
Travellers are requested to treat the local culture with respect and avoid littering, defacing property and monuments and causing general disturbance.
Consumption of alcohol and drugs is strictly prohibited during the trip.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations made more than 2 days before the Nepal canyoning trip: 85% refund.
For cancellations made between 1-2 days before the Nepal canyoning trip: 50% refund.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the Nepal canyoning trip: no refund.
In case of no show: no refund.
All refunds will be processed after deducting a transaction fee. Please check with us what this fee will be for the Nepal canyoning. All refunds will be subject to a foreign currency premium/discount.
Additional instructions, booking policies, terms and conditions
Travellers are required to report at the start point in Thamel, Kathmandu by 05:45 hrs to board a bus and travel to the campsite. If you're arriving at the campsite via your own transport, you're required to arrive by 09:30 hrs.
Travellers will depart the campsite by 17:00 hrs on the same day. However, due to weather or traffic conditions, the departure time may be delayed.
Travellers are required to be older than 18 years to participate in any adventure activity. Younger travellers require parental consent.
The tour operator takes utmost care to ensure safety of the travellers and shall not be held responsible for any mishap or accident during canyoning in Nepal.
Travellers are required to carry their swimwear with them and wear close fitting, waterproof shoes. The tour operator will provide any other required gear such as helmets and the wetsuit.
