  • Trip introduction

This backpacker trip offers you a chance to stay in a caravan and live the hippie life for a while. You'll escape from the concrete jungle and into a riverside paradise, where you'll live close to nature, work up a big appetite with all kinds of adventure activities, and have a green campsite to explore. The campsite is not far from the Kundalika river, but right behind it, there's a stream and a waterfall (only in the monsoon) that becomes your own private waterpark. But the best part of this Kolad rafting getaway is the thrilling 2.5 hour session of rafting on the Kundalika!

The campsite offers other adventure activities to keep you busy: Tarzan Swing, Flying Fox, Burma Bridge, wall climbing, tunnel crossing, wire crawling, and trust fall. There is also a swimming pool here, so don't forget to bring your swimsuit.

NOTE: This caravan can accommodate up to 8 people.

Situated in the midst of the Western Ghats, Kolad is a small village that lies on the banks of the raging Kundalika River. This village is surrounded by tropical greenery, with hills all around, and coconut trees lining the river.

You'll stay in fun caravans made of pine wood, with bunk beds equipped with all bed linen, an attached toilet and shower, and a small sit out.
