  • Trip introduction

    Sign up for this PADI Advanced Scuba Diver Course and build upon your diving skills by learning more niche, technical skills of scuba diving. On this trip, you'll get to engage in 5 open water dives as deep as 100 feet under the supervision of a certified dive instructor. Upon completion, you'll be rewarded with a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver certificate.

    The course includes deep water dive and underwater navigation dive, and 3 elective dives. You can choose from naturalist, night dive, multi-level, photography, search and recovery, fish identification, wreck, and peak performance buoyancy dive.

    NOTE: The traveller must be a PADI certified open water diver to sign up for this course.

    Destination

    Gili Trawangan is the largest of the three Gili islands of Bali and it is a tropical paradise. It is home to world class beaches and sparkling blue waters - making it a splendid retreat for scuba divers from all around the world. The blue waters around the island are home to vivid coral reefs, and rich marine life that includes moray eels, turtles, stingrays, lobsters, etc. If you are lucky, you might even spot a reef shark.

    Some of the most popular dive spots around the island include Shark Point, Turtle Heaven, Halik, Sunset Reef, Deep Turbo, Bounty Wreck, Bio Rock, etc.

    Rules on the trip

    Travellers are required to follow all instructions of the dive instructor during the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course in Bali.

    Consumption of alcohol and drugs is strictly prohibited during the course.

    Travellers are requested to treat the local culture with respect and avoid littering, defacing property and monuments and causing general disturbance.

    Please allow 12 hours between the end of your diving session and your return flight to allow your body to recover.

    Cancellation policy

    For cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course in Bali: Full refund minus the wire transfer fees.

    For cancellations made 7-14 days before the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course in Bali: Full refund minus the deposit amount.

    For cancellations made less than 7 days before the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course in Bali: No refund.

    In case of no show: No refund.

    Travellers are required to be certified PADI Open Water Divers to be eligible for booking this scuba course in Bali.

    Travellers must agree to discontinue diving if respiratory congestion or a head cold or any other medical condition occurs before or during the course.

    The tour operator reserves the right to change or cancel the itinerary of this PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course in Bali due to bad weather conditions to ensure maximum safety of divers and staff.

  • Day 1 of the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Course in Gili Trawangan: 2 Open Water Dives

    Today, you'll report to the dive centre in the morning where you'll meet your instructor and collect the scuba diving gear. You'll then head to the jetty to board the boat to the dive site. There, you'll engage in two open water dives and explore the gorgeous aquatic life of the Gili Islands. After your dives, you'll head back to the dive centre and return your gear. The first day of the PADI AOWD course ends here.

    Day 2 of the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Course in Gili Trawangan: 3 Open Water Dives

    Today, you'll once again come to the dive centre in the morning to collect your gear. From there, you'll be taken to the dive site via a boat. You'll get to engage in three open water dives at the dive sites. After your dives, you'll head to the dive centre to collect your PADI Advanced Open Water Diver certification. The course ends here.
