    A refreshing experience that combines the thrill of adventure with breathtaking mountain views and the rich Nepalese culture, can be found through the Pame Village mountain biking trip.

    As it is situated amid Nepal's mountains, you’ll cycle through gorgeous valleys – through terraced rice paddies, pasture lands and villages that are dotted with the towering Naunandanda and Bhumdi hills on both sides. Once you reach the top, you’ll be greeted with breathtaking views of the Annapurna and Fishtail mountains, not to mention an abundance of the local culture. On your way down you’ll get to choose between different tracks and if you like you can even stop at one of the many natural ponds to dip your body in its cooling waters for a refreshing feeling.

    A highly refreshing experience, this one is ideal for all grades of cyclists due to its non-strenuous terrain.

    Destination

    Situated at an altitude of 3280 feet, Pame Village is a serene village that lies in the mountains of Nepal near Pokhara. Known as a popular cycling route for many travel enthusiasts, this journey takes you through the scenic Harpan River Valley as you cycle through many local fisheries and villages. Besides Pame, one of the main villages you’ll pass through is Panchase from where you’ll get a direct insight to the local way of life. You’ll witness rolling pasture lands, terraced fields, meadows and more. But the real hook of this adventure is the spectacular views you can catch from the atop the mountain. From spotting famous mountain ranges you’ll bear witness to multiple rivers, waterfalls, streams and lakes.

    No harm or damage should be inflicted on natural habitats during the Pame Village mountain biking trip.

    Participants must adhere to the instructions of the guide at all times during the Pame Village mountain biking trip.

    Cancellation policy

    For cancellation made 21 days before depature: Full refund.

    For cancellation made within 21 days of the departure: No refund.

    No show: No refund.

    In case the operator cancels the Pame Village mountain biking trip due to unforseen circumstances, you will be provided with a refund.

    Above and beyond all cancellation fees/charges by the operator and The Great Next, you will be charged international payment transfer fees. Please check with us what these charges will be for this trip.

  • Cycle through the landscapes of the Pame Village

    Report at the bike centre in Pokhara early today. Upon arrival you'll undergo a thorough briefing about the upcoming biking trip. After this grad your mountain bikes and head out to the mountains of Pokhara.

    This journey to the Pame Village takes you through a plethora or gorgeous landscapes. You'll start off by cycling through the beautiful Harpan River Valley while catching views of the towering Naundanda and Bhumdi Hills on both sides. After this you'll also catch sight of vast rice paddies and pasture lands as you head towards the Panchase Village. In the village catch sight of passing school children, local farmers and even fishermen and fisheries. As your journey progresses you'll even spot the icy peaks of Annapurna South and Mount Fishtail.

    On your return journey you'll cycle through a thicket of wilderness from dense jungles to vast patches of green vegetation. If you'd like, you can stop at one of the ponds to enjoy swimming and refreshing your body before you reach. Once you reach the bike centre in Pokhara, your trip comes to an end.
