    Looking for an adventurous weekend? Look no further than Rishikesh - the rafting capital of India! On this 2-day trip, participants spend the first day lazing around in a campsite that's along the banks of the Ganges and the next negotiating grade 3, 3+ rapids like the Return to Sender, Roller Coaster, Golf Course, Club House and Double Trouble.

    IMPORTANT: This is not a fixed departure trip. It requires a minimum of 2 pax for a booking confirmation.


    Imagine camping by a riverside, listening to the sounds of nature and taking in its beautiful views. That's what this trip is all about. The Riverside Camp in Rishikesh is located in the Neelkanth valley, right next to Rajaji National Park. Participants use this camp as a base on day one, and then head out to enjoy the joys of rafting on day two. The raft will take them on the magnificent Ganges through some demanding rapids like Return to Sender (II), Roller Coaster (III), Club House (II)and Double Trouble (II).

    Participants with history of heart ailments, asthma, epilepsy are not recommended to register for this trip.

    Rules on the trip

    The trips generally take place in remote areas where there is little or no access to normal medical services or hospital facilities for serious problems. Medical and evacuation expenses will be the responsibility of the participant.

    Participants must not litter.

    Cancellation policy

    Up to 30 days prior to departure: No cancellation charges.

    30-15 days prior to departure: 25% of total amount as cancellation charges.

    7-15 days prior to departure: 50% of total amount as cancellation charges.

    Less than 7 days prior to departure: No refund.

    In the event of a no show, no refund shall be made under any circumstances.

    Additional instructions, booking policies, terms and conditions

    Every trip has basic safety instructions that the participants need to follow.

    Refrain from drinking alcohol (at least 6 hours prior to any adventure activity). Supplier will, without refund, ask an intoxicated participant to return.

    Decision of the instructor/trip leader is final.

  • Day 1: Spend the day at the Riverside Camp

    After check in, participants will be treated to hot lunch. In their free time, they can explore the areas surrounding the camp. Interested participants can trek to the waterfall. Others can enjoy games like volley ball or badminton. The evening starts with a camp fire. The overnight stay is at the camp in tents.

    Day 2: Rafting from Shivpuri to Nim Beach

    Drive from Rishikesh to Shivpuri and walk down to the river Ganga. Participants receive their safety instructions and then begin rafting toward Rishikesh. In this rafting stretch they negotiate rapids like the Roller Coaster, Golf Course, Club House and Double Trouble. Apart from rafting, participants can also spend time body surfing and cliff jumping.

  • Day 1: Spend the day at the Riverside Camp

    Riverside Camp

    The deluxe tents are extra large and spacious with beautiful inner line and mosquito net on the door. Each tent sleeps participants on a twin/triple-sharing basis, and has a center table, two easy chairs in front. The toilets are common, and a little distance away, with both Western/Indian style flushing toilets with running water.
