Rules on the trip
Travellers are required to adhere to instructions of the tour guide while undertaking any adventure activity during the Ramnagar safari camp.
Travellers are requested to treat the local culture with respect and avoid littering, defacing property and monuments and causing general disturbance.
Consumption of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited during the Ramnagar safari camp.
You must adhere to the instruction of the guide at all times during the Ramnagar safari camp.
For cancellations made 20-25 days prior to the Ramnagar camping trip: 75% refund.
For cancellations made 15-20 days prior to the Ramnagar camping trip: 60% refund.
For cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the Ramnagar camping trip: No refund.
In case of no show: No refund.
All refunds will be processed after deducting a transaction fee of INR 200 per person. This fee is charged by The Great Next.
Additional instructions, booking policies, terms and conditions
The check-in time for the Ramnagar safari camp is at 11:00 hrs and the check-out time is at 10:00 hrs.
Pick-up from the Ramnagar Station can be arranged at INR 600 per jeep and transport from the Kathgodam Station can be arranged at INR 2500 per Innova.
The parking charge for the Ramnagar camping trip is INR 100 per vehicle per night.
Hot water is provided on request during the Ramnagar safari camp.
To enjoy a BBQ session during the Ramnagar safari camp the additional cost is INR 350 per head with a minimum requirement of 10 people. The cost for an additional meal is INR 400 per meal.
In order to indulge in adventure activities such as cycling/mountain biking, body surfing or ladder climbing during the Ramnagar safari camp the additional cost is INR 550 per head.
To embark on a safari to the Jim Corbett National Park, the additional cost is INR 5000 for upto 6 people of Indian nationality.
During the Ramnagar safari camp children below 5 years are complimentary, however children between 6 to 11 years are charged at 25% of the total package cost and children above 12 years are considered as adults.
The tour operator reserves the right to cancel or alter the itinerary of the Ramnagar safari camp to maximize the safety of travellers as well as staff.
The tour operator takes utmost care to ensure safety of the travellers and shall not be held responsible for any mishap or accident during the Ramnagar safari camp.
Travellers will be required to bear any additional costs arising due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, road blocks etc.
