This is another small paragraph.

  • Trip introduction

Cycle your way through Nepal’s pristine landscapes that lined with gorgeous mountains views through the Sarankot Mountain biking trip.

Conducted in half a day – you’ll make your way through rice paddies, small villages and tropical forests till you reach the top. Considered as the only rock in the world where you can catch a 360-degree view of the three eight-thousander’s at the same time, you’ll get to witness clear views of the Dhaulagiri, the Annapurna Ranges, the Manaslu and Mount Fishtail all together! Besides this, you’ll also catch sight of the Fewa Lake, the Seti River and the World Peace Pagoda.

On your way back down you’ll have the option of cycling through multiple trails that are often frequented by herds of buffalos and local villagers giving you an insight to the local and rustic way of life.

    Destination

Situated at an altitude of 5249 feet, the Sarankot Rock is a hill that lies just outside Pokhara in the mountainous regions of Nepal. For this cycling trip, you’ll be cycling through a variety of different landscapes as you explore the countryside. You’ll encounter multiple small villages, vast terraced plantations, rivers, valleys and lakes. You’ll also cycle through many dirt roads and rocky mountain paths.

As Nepal is greatly influenced by the Tibetan culture, en route your journey you may even spot many smaller stupas and Buddhist temples. But the beauty of this journey does not only lie in catching spectacular views, but rather in imbibing the culture. Throughout your trip, you’ll have smaller stops where you can meet and interact with the locals and admire their simplicity and warmth.
